I'd like to say that I'm very happy with Amazon, I've been shopping with them for about 6 years, everything I've received has been excellent quality, the odd item that hasn't arrived has been replaced or the money refunded with no problem. I ordered a book for one of my grandchildren and it arrived within 24 hours.

So Angry with Amazon right now. I ordered a refurb laptop on Sunday morning, paid for it and on Monday get an email saying Amazon have cancelled the order as they think I'm hacked... No contact to check if I placed the order, just cancelled it. A £10 credit to help towards the additional £200 I'd have to pay for the same machine from the same seller. I'm not interested in a £10 credit note. Send me the machine I ordered a the price I paid and I'll be happy. Poor show Amazon, Poor show!

So annoyed with amazon. Item ordered as a Christmas present, offered at special price - great! When it arrives in the centre of a box with other items the box has clearly been dropped prior to packing, one end is smashed and cellophane torn, outer box not damaged nor any other items in the box including a mixing bowl!!! On ringing you we get told the item can be returned for a refund and a replacement sent but even though it is an Amazon fulfilled item you can't do it at the same price - so item is now £10 more, but you can give me a credit to my account to use when I buy something you sell - NO USE FOR THIS ORDER!! Certainly won't be continuing my Amazon prime subscription. You send out a damaged item and I have to pay extra to replace it!!!!! VERY POOR SERVICE and not for the first time this year either!

Don’t buy from Amazon - if you don’t get your item and they cal you they charge YOU for their calls. They also don’t follow up on their complaints!

I received a refund but It wasn't not of an agreed amount. Please check the account and read the above dispute. You can't sell a second hand and wrong product and choose a refund of your own Choice.
I will file a dispute on credit card and then you can collect this crap as I still have credit protection under sales of goods act.

Can I ask about your market place buyer protection? my 70 year old grandmother has been left out of pocket by £270 by a rogue seller who you have confirmed has since left your market place just before Christmas but has been turned down for a refund twice... can I get a response to this as your call center staff just say we will look into it and nothing has happened after 5 calls about this issue. If not I will be seeking legal action as she has purchased a product from your market place that she has not received and your buyer protection should cover for this.
