When they had me addicted to narcotics for pain management I was far more of a hazard than I am as a medical marijuana patient. First off, I'm not stoned all the time as I take my main dose orally at night. When I was on narcotics I was looking at the clock begging it to be time for my next dose because I was in so much pain from a back injury (nerve damage bites). Now I don't wake up screaming in pain, and my overall pain level went from a 7-8 to a 4-5. Sure I might need a few puffs from my Dream Steam pen or vaporizer, but I really don't need to be stoned all the time. And it's better for my both mental and physical health to just not be in agony.
