You really made a massive change in your life and it is amazing to see. Im completely unsure what the cause was but you offer so much wise information and knowledge to spread. Thinking back of you 10 years ago i would have never thought you would have been this pillar of wisdom that you are today. Russell Brand you sir are an inspiration.

I think many poor working class people suffer from social anxiety due to the effects the many forms of violence and exploitation produced in the human psyche by hyper competition, and poverty. I think capitalism produces a form of ptsd in certain classes as a result and social anxiety is an aspect of this disorder. I’m no psychiatrist though.
I do know for a fact that putting a podcast that deals with such important human issues behind a paywall will limit the access of many of the people who would most benefit from such information and guidance. But that’s what happens when capitalism commodifies humanism.

Nervous yes and I do not like social activities at all. It might looks like I'm calm, but inside I panic and can't wait to get home.

Lol, not any more.
Have not had to deal with a human face to face for anything other than basic transactions for almost a year now.

Anxiety is a really complicated beast and from what I have seen no two causes or affects are the same. In some cases, it could be a matter of reframing the situation. In a lot more cases, the reaction is more physical and might need more directed recovery strategies

Hello Russell Brand: I listened to the amazing interview with Yuval Harari (Penguin talks). Mr Hararis thoughts and comments are just amazing listening to - and so is reading his books. My concern, however, is the way you conducted your role as the leader of this event. It is hard not to characterize your leadership and your attitude as way too arrogant and self estimed. Why did you have to expose this posture during such an extremely interesting conversation together with Mr Harari - one of todays most fascinating individuals? Actually you made me quite disappointed....sad to say. Regards, Gunnar Bergstrom / Sweden

“Don’t be annoying on top of being a magician for Christ’s sake.” LOL Great line.

I like your messages lately, because you can put them in practise with yiur own Spirituality whatever that may be. Personally I'm a follower of Jesus. A lot of things you say are similar to the things Jesus teach . So when I listen to some of your messages I can actually glean a Word or two from the Spirit. I take what is and leave what's not. If that makes sense. But actually lately I've been taking more than dropping. Which makes me think. Have you been reading the bible alot recently. It's also very nice to see you happy and content. A man who has overcome alot. Well done !
