Yhooo I have never been so annoyed in my life...Today at Westgate McDonald one of the staff there came to clean the table while we were still sitting by the table then she happened to take my phone that was on the tray by mistake and put it in a bin..And I totally understood that it was a mistake but now when we inform the Manager there he was so rude that he even told us to come check by the bin at the back there by ourselves...He is just a young guybwith no manners and you'd swear he is handsome instead he looks like he just came out of Zama Zama mining...You can't even say he is a manager with a wrinkled face that needs some ironing...If that is the type of management they practice at McD then I feel sorry for them cos their management lacks manners. FOR UNHAPPY FRIEND

McDonald’s, please shed the light into this dinner I bought at your outlet in Parow Voortrekker. Queued for more than 20 minutes on the drive-thru only to be served with this disgusting thing. Thank God the streets of Parow were too dark and unsafe for me to drive back and cause chaos for such unsatisfactory service. This looks nothing close to your Boerie burger unless it was prepared in the dark by your staff!

I bought supper for my family at McDonald's Greenpoint this evening, only to get home and discover that 3 out of 4 of the cheeseburgers HAD ABSOLUTELY NO PATTY ON. Just a roll with cheese and garnish on. How something like that goes unnoticed is beyond me. Paying a few 100 for a meal of this standard is pathetic. Want to be refunded for the burgers.
