Richmond has dropped a selection bombshell by naming 27-year-old Marlion Pickett to make his AFL debut in Saturday's grand final. Pickett was taken by Richmond in this year's rookie draft just four months ago and has since featured in Richmond's VFL premiership-winning team but not the senior AFL team, until now. He is the first player to make his VFL/AFL debut in the decider since Collingwood's Keith Batchelor in 1952.
