  • (upbeat music)
  • - Hey guys, so today we're going to be doing
  • the whatever you spell, I'll buy challenge,
  • but since we've been doing lots of these challenges lately,
  • we decided we're going to be doing it different
  • and we're going to be doing it
  • with giant Scrabble board pieces,
  • but they're not actually Scrabble board pieces.
  • They're like--
  • - Board game letters, I don't know.
  • - Yeah, they're board game pieces
  • but we put letters on them so they'll do,
  • they're pretty big. - See, we have proof.
  • And we have our giant wheel
  • with the little Corgi butts on it.
  • Boop, boop, boop, boop, boop, boop boop, boop, boop, boop.
  • - And we're going to take turns clicks the wheel
  • and then whatever number we get
  • is how many giant Scrabble board pieces we get,
  • and then we're going to try to make a word
  • and the word is what our dad will buy for us.
  • (party horn blowing)
  • - Oh, you know what? - Ha ha.
  • - [Dad] I am convinced this time
  • between the large letters and the wheel
  • and the fact that you're trying
  • to get something you really want,
  • you guys are not going to be successful.
  • - Just watch us and you'll see.
  • Watch and see.
  • - [Dad] Oh, okay, so you've got your game on, huh?
  • - Yeah.
  • - Speaking of game, can we start the game?
  • - [Dad] Absolutely.
  • - Also make sure you subscribe.
  • - And ring that bell so that it ringy-dingies.
  • (mouse clicks) (bell rings)
  • - It ringy-dingies. - Yeah.
  • - And also the blank spaces, they can be any letter we want.
  • - Yeah.
  • - I hope we get blank space. - Oh, that's right.
  • - Okay, let's see how many Corgi butts I get.
  • (wheel clicks) Corgi butts.
  • (dramatic music)
  • (party horn blowing)
  • 11, I got 11 Corgi butts.
  • - [Dad] Okay, Emily, your turn.
  • (wheel clicking)
  • - [Emily] I hope I get a lot, bigger than Evelyn.
  • - Well the less you get-- - And you got--
  • - [Dad] The more difficult it is.
  • - Nine corgi butts, ha ha, that's totally bigger.
  • (upbeat music)
  • - [Dad] How you making out there Emily?
  • - I don't know this is really hard.
  • - [Dad] I know it's kinda like,
  • it's a little bit different.
  • So, you got bigger letters
  • and it almost makes it feel like it's easier right?
  • But I don't know.
  • - I can do Joe.
  • - [Dad] Joe?
  • - Yeah.
  • - [Dad] Slang for coffee?
  • - Ooh.
  • - [Evelyn] I can spell.
  • - [Dad] What you got there Evy?
  • - Technology.
  • - [Dad] Um.
  • - Spell Ross.
  • - [Dad] Yeah, you would love that.
  • We're not buying the whole store.
  • There's gotta be something there for ya.
  • Remember, you can use the blank as well.
  • - I have one. - Oh I know, I know.
  • - [Evelyn] Peck.
  • - [Dad] Peck?
  • - Like a bird, it pecks stuff.
  • Peck, peck, peck, peck.
  • - All I have to do - Yeah?
  • is add the D.
  • - So it's a dross. - Okay?
  • - But then I can take out the O
  • and I can add my E.
  • - [Dad] Okay.
  • - And now look, dress.
  • - [Dad] Oh yeah.
  • - I need new dresses.
  • - [Dad] But it's dress, there's no plural.
  • It's dress, it's one. - Why, I need a new dress.
  • (Evelyn snorts)
  • - [Dad] D.
  • - Which spells bed.
  • Yeah I don't really need a new bed.
  • - Oh no. - It's long
  • - [Dad] That is really good, you know what?
  • I'm actually shocked you came up with that.
  • - [Evelyn] I can't even carry it.
  • - [Dad] So,
  • you're trying to tell me you want bedding?
  • - Yep. - [Dad] Is that what it is?
  • Wow that is really good.
  • - Bedding, B-E-D-blank-D-I-N-G.
  • - [Dad] That's really impressive.
  • (camera (camera whooshes)es)
  • (camera (camera whooshes)es) - Oh, cute flamingos.
  • What are you doing?
  • And llamas there, how nice. (baby gurgles)
  • We had these ones before and they're cool.
  • And I also like the diamond ones, but way too busy.
  • Then we have,
  • bunny pillows.
  • And then that's her bed.
  • We have another bunny pillow,
  • it's reversed.
  • And we got bunny sheets,
  • or bedding, or whatever.
  • I'm gonna get this.
  • Just look at how cute these ones are.
  • Hoppy, hoppy, hop.
  • Maybe I should get this
  • because it matches with my bunny sheets
  • and my blanket bag on.
  • So I want it.
  • See, it's a cool cover for my bed.
  • (camera whooshes) - All right,
  • next round Evelyn. - Okay.
  • (wheel clicks)
  • - Corgi butt.
  • How much Corgi butts will I get?
  • (dramatic music)
  • 15. (party horn blows)
  • - Oh, that's good. (Emily groans)
  • - Got 15 Corgi butts.
  • - My turn.
  • (wheel clicks)
  • I'm going to get a 15 too.
  • (party horn blows)
  • Or an 11, still pretty good. - That's not bad.
  • (letters click)
  • You've a lot of letters there Evelyn.
  • - We've got 15.
  • So that's-- - That's a lot
  • Any ideas Emily?
  • - Yeah.
  • - [Dad] What?
  • - Hehe, hehe.
  • - [Dad] (laughs) or haha.
  • - I can also do hi.
  • - [Dad] That's okay, I can't buy a hi,
  • so hey, it's all good.
  • - [Evelyn] You can buy something that's--
  • - I could do sale, but, can you buy sale?
  • Oh there's sailboats but I don't really have boat so.
  • Oh, this was right in front of me.
  • LA.
  • - [Dad] Yeah, but you didn't spell trip.
  • - [Evelyn] Yeah, if you don't have a trip, you can't buy LA.
  • - Let's see, I have this, precious.
  • - [Dad] Yeah, the blanks really help, they really help.
  • Anything over there, Evelyn?
  • (letters clicking)
  • - Sir?
  • - Yes sir.
  • (dad laughs)
  • And also I can spell sit.
  • - [Dad] Sit, okay well, that's okay, I don't
  • have to buy that either, so. - Yeah
  • - [Dad] This is looking really good for me.
  • Daddy's happy.
  • - Wait do I have it?
  • - Have what? - Wait, do I have--
  • Oh, what starts with sha?
  • - [Dad] Sha?
  • - I'll show you. - Cha.
  • - [Dad] You show me.
  • - Yeah, oh, oh, don't fall off my beautiful C,
  • you're super important right now.
  • - [Dad] Chan?
  • - No.
  • Okay, you're gonna see it in a second.
  • - [Evelyn] Emily, I've got something for you.
  • - What?
  • - Your favorite thing.
  • - Yeah, let's just-- - That's something
  • that I was-- - Rip this apart
  • so Dad doesn't actually buy a spider.
  • - Yeah, once there was a spider in the car and we screamed.
  • - Yeah, it was really scary. - Really loud.
  • - Even though it was like this big, I thought it was
  • this big, so. - Yeah.
  • - [Dad] So what'd you have,
  • even though I really like the spider one.
  • What did you have, Emily?
  • - [Evelyn] Oh yeah, please no spiders.
  • - I had Chanel.
  • - [Dad] Come on.
  • - [Emily] Yeah, Chanel.
  • I'm so happy, Chanel.
  • - [Evelyn] Chanel.
  • - Chanel.
  • - [Dad] That's just not even fair.
  • - Yeah it is.
  • - You spelled Chanel?
  • - Yeah.
  • - [Dad] What do you even know about Chanel?
  • - Expensive.
  • (doll giggling) (Dad groans)
  • - [Dad] Alright, Evelyn, so I can see
  • that you're putting something together there.
  • It's like, we gotta make this more difficult.
  • There's gotta be a way to make this more difficult.
  • What do you have?
  • - Scoots, oh, I can't turn it. - That's okay.
  • - Scoot, er. - Scooter?
  • - Scooter, this is a blank.
  • Let's go buy a scooter at the scooter shop.
  • - But first we're going to Chanel.
  • C-H-A-N-E-L, that spells Chanel.
  • (camera whooshes) Alright guys,
  • so in this mall they actually don't have a Chanel
  • so we're gonna go into Nordstroms
  • to see if I can find anything Chanel.
  • (upbeat music)
  • I got my Chanel.
  • (camera whooshes) - Whoa.
  • - Which one should I get?
  • Bling, bling, gold, it's so flashy.
  • Oh, my eyes.
  • Too bad I didn't spell Hoverboard.
  • This one's cool, I'll get it.
  • Okay, guys, we have a winner, ugh.
  • It's really neat.
  • I love this one, let's get it.
  • (camera whooshes) - Okay, round three.
  • - I'm gonna spin first.
  • (wheel clicks) I really hope
  • I get something big.
  • (dramatic music)
  • - [Dad] Were you happy with your last round?
  • - [Emily] Yeah, that one was really good.
  • (party horn blows) 14, that's really big.
  • - Okay. (wheel clicks)
  • (dramatic music)
  • - [Dad] Did you like the scooter?
  • - [Evelyn] Yeah.
  • (party horn blows)
  • 14. - 14, woo.
  • - Again. (upbeat music)
  • - [Dad] Evelyn, what did you get?
  • - I don't know yet.
  • - [Dad] What's that you spelled?
  • - Nothing. - Ah, okay.
  • - Hmm, okay.
  • - [Dad] Anything good?
  • You got a lot of good consonants, good vowels.
  • - Oh yeah.
  • I don't know if you can really draw this, but--
  • - [Dad] Oh, I know what you're gonna do.
  • Yeah, typical, you just rubbin' it in, right?
  • - [Evelyn] I could do sock.
  • - Sock? - Like only one sock.
  • - [Dad] (laughs) Then I'm fine with sock.
  • Sock's good.
  • We all need socks. - Fancy.
  • I could also do fan, but I don't really want a fan.
  • My room's always cold because of the AC.
  • - Could spell hair.
  • - [Dad] Hair?
  • - Yeah, but I don't really need any more hair,
  • that's all my hair. (Dad laughs)
  • This too. - Okay, B.
  • - [Dad] Okay?
  • - L-A-N-K - Blank?
  • Blank? - Oh I know.
  • - [Emily] E, and what's the last letter?
  • - T. - Yeah.
  • - T. - Blanket, blanket.
  • - Blanket.
  • - [Dad] What ya need a blanket for, you live in Florida.
  • What ya need a blanket for?
  • - Well, it's better than a fan.
  • Do they have Gucci blankets?
  • - [Dad] No, no, no.
  • - [Evelyn] They don't even have--
  • - What about Louis Vuitton blankets?
  • - Oh, stop it. - Dream on.
  • - What about Fendi blankets?
  • - [Dad] What about we stop playing this?
  • - Okay, Daddy, I've got something.
  • - Chips? - Yep.
  • - [Dad] You hungry?
  • - No, just a snack.
  • C-H-I-P-S, chips, chips.
  • (camera whooshes) - My blanket should
  • be somewhere around here, so let's see.
  • I kind of like this one, but I want
  • something more fun, so keep looking.
  • Maybe I should get this one.
  • Yeah, I like this one, so I'm gonna get this blanket.
  • Fluff, it's super fluffy.
  • (camera whooshes) - Guys I'm in chip heaven.
  • Which one should I get?
  • (bag crinkles) I'm gonna get Ruffles.
  • (bag crinkles) Ruff.
  • These are yummy, so, I like this.
  • (camera whooshes) Round four, or four.
  • (wheel clicks) (dramatic music)
  • I got--
  • (party horn blows) - 13.
  • - [Evelyn] Ooh, 13 corgi butts.
  • - Okay, hope I get a big number.
  • (wheel clicks) (dramatic music)
  • - [Dad] Hope you get a small number.
  • (party horn blows) - 14.
  • - Oh, no. - That's big, big.
  • I'm going to spell something fancy again.
  • (upbeat music)
  • - [Dad] You've got some good letters there, Evelyn.
  • You've got some good consonants, you got some good vowels.
  • - Draobuh? - Draob-h, draob-huh.
  • - [Dad] No, that's not gonna work.
  • - [Evelyn] Raob?
  • - [Dad] What about you Emily?
  • - I have hay.
  • - [Dad] Hay?
  • Um, is that your final answer?
  • - No, let me get my A. (Dad laughs)
  • Hay.
  • Hay, but let me see if I have sis.
  • Oh yeah, I do have sis.
  • I don't know if I have sister,
  • so I'll just do hay sis. (Dad laughs)
  • Not words, but I don't want hay, hay is for horses.
  • - Okay, so. - Um.
  • - [Dad] anything pop?
  • - I have says - [Evelyn] I have one.
  • - [Dad] You have one?
  • - Dip. - I have sis.
  • - [Dad] That'll go with your chips.
  • - Dip chip, yeah.
  • - Do I have another, oh yeah I must have another s
  • because I have sis.
  • Glass.
  • - [Dad] Glass?
  • - Yeah, kinda bad, I mean I don't know
  • what I need a glass for.
  • There's E.
  • - [Dad] What ya got there, Evelyn?
  • - [Evelyn] Something.
  • - [Dad] Board? - Yeah.
  • - [Dad] What, do you want an ironing board?
  • - No, like those boards that you take to the beach
  • and then you like-- - Oh, surfboard
  • - No, and then you lay like that and you go in the waves.
  • - Oh, boogie board. - Yeah
  • - [Dad] Well, you didn't spell boogie.
  • - So?
  • - [Dad] Well, you know what,
  • you were kinda good on the last one, you went easy on me.
  • So, okay. - Unlike Emily.
  • - [Dad] Yeah, I'll give you this one.
  • Boogie board. - Thank you.
  • Boogie board, we gotta boogie
  • to the boogie board section of the store.
  • - [Dad] Is that your final answer, glass?
  • I can work with that.
  • I'll buy you a glass, that's fine.
  • - Well, I have-- (letters click)
  • Glasses, I can do glasses.
  • Because I have this blank for my other S
  • and I have an E, so glasses.
  • - Glasses? - Yeah
  • - [Dad] You want a pair of glasses.
  • - No.
  • - [Dad] So what do you want then?
  • - Sunglasses, they're glasses.
  • Can I get sunglasses?
  • - [Dad] Yeah, I think that'll work.
  • - Okay, good.
  • Now I'm getting sunglasses, they're still glasses.
  • I'll stop by the Gucci store
  • and see if they have good ones.
  • - Never, dream on. (camera whooshes)
  • - Evelyn, you should get yourself this baby floaty.
  • - Maybe you should, I already know how to swim.
  • I need a boogie board.
  • I found the boogie boards, which one should I get?
  • Oh, look here.
  • Or do you guys like this one?
  • Okay, guys, I'm gonna get this one.
  • Now I'm gonna go to the beach, or, I wanna go to the beach
  • because, let's go to the beach.
  • (camera whooshes)
  • - I think these ones are the best so I'm gonna get them.
  • (camera whooshes) Guys we have one more round,
  • so I'm going to make it fancy.
  • - I'm gonna make it count.
  • - Good luck. (wheel clicks)
  • (dramatic music)
  • (party horn blows)
  • - 10.
  • 10, 10.
  • - I'm aiming for 15.
  • (wheel clicks)
  • (dramatic music)
  • 14. (party horn blows)
  • Well, that's pretty close, so.
  • (upbeat music)
  • - [Dad] You got anything good there?
  • - Yeah, I can spell dog, but I know what you're gonna do.
  • You're gonna go and get me a toy dog from the stores.
  • - [Dad] (laughs) that's right.
  • 'Cause you had a real dog already.
  • - Um. - Um.
  • - [Dad] Well, let's see what Evelyn's doin'.
  • - Pool. - Pool?
  • - Yeah
  • - [Dad] What do you mean pool?
  • - I mean, I can spell it.
  • - [Dad] (laughs) Good for you.
  • - I could spell card.
  • Huh, we need to scooch these over so I can see better.
  • - [Dad] C-A-R-D, very good.
  • - You could get me like a birthday card for $2 or something.
  • - [Dad] Or a Father's Day card, that'll work.
  • - Yeah, but you're not supposed to see
  • your Father's Day card, I'm supposed
  • to get it for you, it's going to be a surprise.
  • - [Dad] That's true.
  • - [Evelyn] I could spell Kim, but.
  • - [Dad] Kim.
  • - What's a Kim?
  • A name, Kim, but I can't buy a name.
  • - [Dad] No.
  • - Okay, I have gift.
  • - [Dad] Gift, okay, you can give me a gift, I like that.
  • - No, you're getting me a gift.
  • Oh wait, gift card.
  • I can do gift card.
  • Okay, let's move this over.
  • - Oh. - So it can be gift card.
  • I'll get the most expensive one for you.
  • - [Dad] You guys are too good at this, too good at this.
  • - [Emily] Move over, gift card's coming in.
  • - [Dad] You know what, it was right in front of you
  • and you didn't quite see it.
  • I was hoping you didn't see it, 'cause I actually caught it.
  • - Yeah, right, you're just trying to be cool, dude.
  • (Dad laughs)
  • - [Evelyn] I could spell pie.
  • - [Dad] There you go.
  • I like that. - To be honest
  • I don't really like pie, I like the outside.
  • - The crust - Yeah, the crust.
  • - So here's my gift card.
  • G-I-F-T, C-A-R-D
  • and a random N.
  • - Daddy, I have something.
  • - [Dad] Pill?
  • - Oh.
  • I have an O and a W.
  • - Oh, pillow. - Pillow.
  • - [Dad] Good for you.
  • Pillow, you're right.
  • P-I-L-L-O-W.
  • - Done.
  • I want a new pillow to go with my new bedding, so let's go.
  • (camera whooshes) - Okay, they have
  • so many gift cards so I'm going
  • to get the most expensive one.
  • They have 25, hundred.
  • Oh, they have 200, that's what I'm going to get.
  • I think I did good, so let's go pay.
  • (camera whooshes) (happy music)
  • - This is the one, I love this.
  • (camera whooshes) - Okay guys, so the life-size
  • Scrabble game. it was kinda hard but I don't know
  • if it would be harder than the other one.
  • Maybe it was kinda hard because they were much bigger pieces
  • so it's like kinda hard to move them around.
  • - [Dad] I think it's 'cause you're used to the small pieces.
  • - Yeah, but it was still pretty fun, I mean
  • I got pretty good stuff, I got Chanel
  • even though I didn't get a purse.
  • - I got really useful stuff for the summer.
  • I got scooter, boogie board, those are gonna come in handy.
  • - [Dad] And you have those chips too, right?
  • - They're good, 'cause I ate them.
  • (Dad laughs)
  • Also I got the pillow and the bedding.
  • - [Dad] Oh yeah, that's true.
  • - Pillow, bedding, pillow.
  • - [Dad] You guys do too good at these challenges, too good.
  • - Yeah and I am happy about my dress, my Chanel.
  • Even though I got lip gloss and nail polish.
  • You know, still Chanel, right?
  • And also my blanket.
  • It's so soft, it's like mango.
  • - [Dad] And you got your gift card.
  • - Oh yeah, I got that gift card
