My favorite moments from my favorite horses: the greatest of the great, Secretariat running in his meadow in 1982; the lovely and beloved Zenyatta working her mojo prior to her thrilling 2009 Breeders Cup Classic win; Seabiscuit in an exceptionally decisive victory over Triple Crown winner War Admiral in their 1938 match race; fighting restraint with everything she has, the indomitable Ruffian quickly takes the lead and never looks back in her 1975 Comely Stakes victory; Jerry Bailey unleashes the great Cigar in the 1995 Breeders Cup with Tom Durkin's unforgettable call; Triple Crown winner Seattle Slew leads wire to wire in his authoritative victory over the younger Triple Crown winner Affirmed, who finishes second behind the older champion but well ahead of the field in the 1978 Marlboro Cup; the mighty Count Fleet literally leaves them in the dust and clinches the Triple Crown in his 25-length victory in the 1943 Belmont; behold one of the most stunning horses that ever lived, the magnificent Storm Cat, grandson of Northern Dancer and Secretariat, at play in his meadow; and here comes the awesome Forego with his amazing stretch run victory in the 1976 Marlboro Cup.

Features music from The Last of the Mohicans soundtrack (1992) by Trevor Jones and Randy Edelman; and 'Get a Leg Up' by John Mellencamp.

"Extraordinary care must be taken of the horses, upon which everything depends."
-- U.S. Major General William T. Sherman (1820-1891)
