Heat oil in a kadai .
Add crushed ginger garlic and suate for one minute .
Then add finely chopped onion,green chilli d curryleaves along with salt.
Saute till golden colour..
Now add all the powders and saute till raw smell goes .
To that add mashed potato and mix well..
Check the salt and adjust the taste.
Allow to cool
Now cut boiled egg into 4 equal parts or two ..
Then wet ur palm and take one small portion of the masala and press inside the palm .
Place egg piece on top of that ,then cover the egg with masala and make shape of a kabab.
Then dip this in egg and roll in the bread crumbs ..
Heat oil and deep fry the cutlet ..
Easy tasty egg cutlet is ready to serve.
